Starting our Day!

Morning duty for faculty and staff begins at 7:20 a.m.; therefore, for your child's safety, do not bring your child to school before 7:20 a.m.  

First Bell is at 7:45 a.m. (Now we have extended drop-off at 7:10AM and students will go to breakfast or to the gym until 7:20 AM.)

Students are to be seated and ready to learn at 7:50.

Please be certain that your child arrives at school by 7:45 a.m. to begin morning assignments.  Your child will be considered tardy after 7:50 a.m. and must be signed in by a parent in the office.  

Reminder:  Student Pick-up and Drop-off Zones are hands-free –No Cell Phones

There is only ONE DROP-OFF area for K-6TH  AES students:

Parents will drop off students at the front of the school only. Please ensure that your child is unbuckled and their backpack is ready for them to get out of the car without hesitation. A.E.S. personnel will assist your child by opening the car door ONLY.

Please allow your child to walk to class unassisted per teacher request. If a student is eating breakfast, they should go immediately to the cafeteria. Students may not enter the cafeteria after 7:45 AM.

Parent Pick up students will dismiss at 3:11p.m.

Parent Pick up will begin at 3:15 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, parent pick up will dismiss after the buses leave (around 3:20 p.m.)
